Friends, matches and leagues
The daily leaderboard is everyone. The Friends menu is just the people you know: add them with a code, play them head to head on a fresh course, and keep a running record.
Adding friends
Every signed-in player has a six-character friend code. Share your invite link and anyone who opens it can add you in one tap, or type a friend's code into the Friends menu. Requests show up with a badge until they are accepted. Your friends then appear on a friends leaderboard for each day, so you can see how you did against them without scrolling the whole board.
Live matches and challenges
Tap a friend to challenge them. Every match is played on a freshly generated nine that neither of you has seen, so nobody has an advantage. If they are online right now, they get a live invite; when they accept, you both tee off together and can follow each other's progress hole by hole. If they are offline, the challenge waits for them to play whenever they like.
Cards are verified shot by shot, the same way daily cards are, so a match result is always real. When both cards are in, the result card shows both scorecards side by side with the holes each of you won.
Your record
Finished matches stay on your record against each friend, and the Matches tab shows your overall wins, losses and ties. Open matches are split into the ones waiting on you and the ones waiting on them. A finished match cannot be deleted — it is part of both players' records — but you can hide it from your own list.
If a friend has already played a match you have not, the way out is to forfeit, which gives them the win. Before either of you has played, a match can simply be cancelled.
Private leagues
A league is a private board for a group — a club, an office, a family. Start one with a name and share its join code; everyone who joins appears on the league's own leaderboard for the daily nine. You can be in several leagues at once and leave any of them whenever you want.
Quick tips
- Share your invite link rather than your code — friends can add you in one tap.
- Challenge a friend when they are online for a live match you play together.
- Start a league for a group so you all see each other on one board every day.
- Check the Matches tab for challenges waiting on you.
